Our client was only two years old, crossing the street in Brooklyn, NY, when the defendant, a female, drove across the street and struck our client. An ambulance came and our client was treated at Kings County Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a Salter Harris fracture of his humerus, and had surgery to put pins in his shoulder. Plaintiff has limited mobility and will require additional surgeries as he gets older. The case settled in our favor for $230,000.
