The city’s housing authority is facing another wrongful death suit for the fatal fire that killed a mother and her four kids in a Harlem apartment last year, new court papers show.
The case of the Dominican father shot to death by the police in the Bronx 10 months ago stalled.
The State Attorney’s Office has still not made a decision on whether or not to press charges against the officers who shot the young father. The defense and the family demand that the attorney act immediately.
