Our client, a 20 year-old car mechanic was brutally beaten by the police which fortunately was captured on camera in the parking lot. He was kicked in the head and the body; brought in to the precinct and then released. He suffered injuries to his spine including a herniated disc and later experienced issues with memory and was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury

Our client was falsely arrested and spent two years in jail accused of a rape that never happened. We settled the case for $1 million and all charges against our client were dropped.
